Martin with Brazos Plumbing was absolutely amazing the way he tracked down and solved a problem we had been having in our home for years. Every time we flushed our master toilet, it overflowed. Then one of tge sinks in the kitchen started backing up so we could not even use the garbage disposal. Once he found the broken pipe, he fixed it in one day and it included jackhammering out a tile floor, hauling dirt out by wheelbarrow load, replacing the pipe, putting back and packing the dirt, and pouring back the concrete.
After having 4-5 plumbers look at this job and try to solve it, but failing, I could not have been more pleased!!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give upfront flat rate pricing before beginning any work. We offer discounts for Seniors, Military, Law Enforcement, Firefighters, EMS and Nurses. We also offering financing options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves on being respectful of a customers time and residence. We try to give as accurate of an estimated time of arrival and none of our technicians smoke. We wear shoe covers when entering the property and clean up after every job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an apprenticeship prior to becoming licensed. I was lucky enough to work side by side with a master plumber for the majority of my training which gave me an edge on knowledge and problem solving. I also have completed Rinnai trainings on tankless waters heater repairs.
