I needed to have my hot water heater diagnosed because I didn't have any hot water in my home. I called Choice home warranty and they assigned Apex Repairs to come out to check my hot water heater. The technician set up an appointment at a time that was convenient for me because of my work schedule. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous,his name was Sam. Once he determined that my hot water heater was broken and needed to be replaced he contacted my home warranty company to let them know. He was approved to come out to replace my water heater and he set up a time that was convenient for me to get the job done. The technician came back to my home and uninstalled the old water heater and replaced it with a new and better water heater. He took the time to flush out my old water lines that were restricting water flow and modify the older water lines for better water flow. He even left my home to go to the local Lowes to get more plumbing attachments to complete the job properly. This technician went above and beyond to ensure that everything would be working and functioning much better than my old water heater system. When he finished the job I was so happy and pleased with the results that I couldn't thank him enough. I highly recommend Apex Repairs to everyone in need of plumbing repairs and want the job done right and professionally. Again the technicians name is Sam and I must say that if I need any more plumbing repairs I will always contact Apex Repairs and ask for him because in my opinion he is the best technician for the job!

Sam worked on my neighbor's house after he had gone through a few other sprinkler repair guys that didn't work out. Sam got his system working so he told me to use him. Very good. A good problem solver. He fixed 2 breaks in the line but he didn't just leave it there. He thought about how open lines impact sprinkler heads further down which had gotten plugged with mud. He cleaned those out, checked my whole system and got everything up and running. We had to problem solve a few more issues that had developed that I didn't know about. Totally recommend.
