All meats undergo a 24-36 hour marinating process with fresh herbs, premium wines, virgin olive oil, plenty of garlic and many other seasonings prior to cooking this process really does enhance the flavors of the food. You have to taste my foods for yourself to see and taste the love and passion I put into every event. "Wowing" my clients. Customer satisfaction is paramount, it is vital to the growth, reputation and success of my catering company, the best business is repeat business. I completely understand the importance of each and every event just what it means to you. When retained I treat your event as if it were my own therefore I go the extra mile, I make every effort to ensure you of not only a successful event, but one that is memorable.

My fiancee and I had met with Chef Tony for a free tasting and before we left we knew he was the caterer for our wedding. His food tastes incredible and is presented very well. What we liked the most is that he cares about his clients and he loves his work. If you hire Chef Tony, you're not just another date on his calendar. He will take the time to learn your wants and needs, and do what he can to make your event special. After the wedding, September 2018, I'll add to my review.

We hired Tony for our wedding and the food was delicious. He invited us into his home for a meal and we were convinced that he was more than a caterer, he was a chef that would treat our event as if it was for one of his family. I would recommend him without hesitation.

So far we have contracted Chef Tony to cater our daughter's wedding in Sept. 2018. He has thus far shown impeccable professionalism and utmost in care to service this momentous occasion. We are teeming with excitement to have him and his staff work closely with us to make this an unforgettable event. Based on our experience and tasting of his food alone, we are sure that we will be his service will be of the highest quality- because his culinary skills and presentation were tops. We plan to update this review as the big day approaches​ and the event is upon us.
