DO NOT use this company. They came out twice and the our printer is STILL NOT FIXED. I called to have them come out again was told by a guy claiming to be "Alex" (just sounded like the guy I originally set the apt with) that they closed their doors Wednesday 9/10 and to disregard the invoice we received. He said he was going to have someone call me back from their "Houston" office but nobody ever did. Scammers is all they are. They did more damage to our printer than there was before.

I hired them to fix an at home printer for my small business. The first time he came he spent about 5 minutes with it and it printed off a page. I was super excited. He told me it was a little lever that was the problem, I paid him than he left. After about 15 minutes I went to print something and got the same error. After numerous calls and a email Steve came back out. After about 20 minutes he asked me if I had an extended warranty. I told him I didn't and he told me the problem was this lever and it wasn't cost effective to fix it. My problem with that was it seemed like was he really didn't know what the problem was and he was just guessing because he didn't want to mess with it anymore. By his numbers it would be more cost effective to replace the machine but the problem is I just don't believe him so now I have to hire someone else to tell me what's wrong with it. After this experience I wouldn't use them if I was given a buy 1 get 6 free coupon.

Would have to agree with previous complaint. Jamming issue was never resolved. Steve came out twice to try to fix it. I left two voicemails and three emails that the issue was still there and finisher now has an issue that was not there previously and no one contacted us back. Service is supposed to be guaranteed.
