I work for a government agency, and we didn't have a service contract on our printer. They came out the same day that I submitted the request. They found the problem order the part and we are back up and running. I chose them because they were within our zip code area, this may have been the reason for the fast response, but either way, great service

With inkjet printers, there's a balance between the cost of a repair and the purchase of a new printer. Probably why it's not easy to find a reasonable repair service. My HP 9015 has been one of the best performing in a long line of printers. So I was very pleased that CoPrinter offered the service and was able to make the repair. Juan Mendoza was prompt in his reply, patience with my vacillation, provided courteous and professional service, and the printer is back to work. I highly recommend CoPrinter.

Was very responsive. Did everything he knew to try to fix the problem. He was able to improve it but he was even stumped as to why he could not get it to work properly. Good guy. Didn’t even want to charge me because he couldn’t fix it correctly. Will use him again if I have a different printer issue.
