- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every event begins with a personalized consultation where we get to know your vision, style, and floral and décor needs. From color palettes to table settings, we’ll discuss the details that matter most to you. After our conversation, you’ll receive a custom proposal outlining floral designs, event décor elements, and rental items tailored to your celebration. Once everything feels just right, we’ll finalize the agreement with a signed contract and deposit to secure your date.
