John was punctual and professional and personable. I struggled to find the manual for my entertainment center so he could switch out the light assembly, and by the time I got it we laughed because he was almost halfway done! Scheduling was a breeze and the price was fair!

Service tech was noisy asking personal questions I did not feel comfortable around him.
For one thing you don't ask a homeowner to help haul off the mirrors sorry you were not provided size.

We do want to provide some context on the wall condition: drywall patching behind large mirrors is something we anticipated and proactively discussed with you beforehand. We had our drywall specialist ready to come back and take care of those areas. When we followed up to schedule that visit, you let us know you had decided to use someone else for that work , which we completely respect.
