So professional and helpful! Efren and his colleague were able to caulk nearly the entire exterior of my house where there were minor gaps. They then repaired or replaced areas of rotten wood on the soffit, something I had put off for far too long! I will absolutely be hiring him again for more fun projects :)

Efren Peguero and his helper were very efficient and did a great job on every item on our list. They replaced a back door, replaced the shower head, tub faucet and handle in our main bath, and replaced a ceiling fan. When he saw the ceiling fan attachment was loose he called my attention to it and went up into the attic to stabilize it when he could have just let it go. Very impressed with his knowledge on how to do every job well.

Efren did such an amazing job fixing all the issues the inspector ground. Sink faucet replacement,firewall repair, multiple other plumbing repairs and other fixes. His work is a great value and I would highly recommended using him for any and all needs.
