- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates and pricing is based on scope of work, materials and site conditions. no hidden fees, everything is discussed upfront before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with an on site walkthrough to assess the project. Once we price out materials and scope of work we provide an estimate. Then we schedule a day for the work, complete everything that was requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on training in the field with experienced professionals, combined with years of practical experience in landscaping, turf installation, retaining walls and many other outdoor services. We stay current on best practices and materials. Everyone on the team comes from different background so they bring knowledge and years of experience.
