- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a two-hour minimum charge for all moves. After the initial two hours, the service is billed by the hour. Pro-rated billing applies, so customers only pay for the actual time used beyond the minimum we can also, provide a comprehensive full-service quote based on the scope of your move.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pickup and drop-off locations. Date and time of the move. Size of the move (number of rooms, and items). Special requests (fragile items, stairs, packing services). Hourly labor costs, including minimum hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-On Experience: Years of practical experience in moving, packing, and logistics. Customer Service Skills: Trained in handling customer needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth moving process. Safety and Handling Training: Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and securing items to prevent damage. Equipment Usage: Skilled in operating moving equipment like dollies, straps, and truck ramps efficiently and safely. Business Operations: Expertise in managing schedules, pricing structures, and customer communications.
