Clementine was an amazing chef for our new years event. Great Quality, fresh and amazing food. Her service was spot on and she was great company! She was able to feed a large group of people and with the help of two sweet servers. I will always recommend!

Brilliant Catering catered a birthday dinner for about 5-10 people. I only had two requests which was lamb,fish and some sides and she went above and beyond. The food was delicious and satisfying with plenty of leftovers for guests and me. I will definitely recommend Brilliant Catering and hire again.

Totally amazing. Chef Clementine created a wonderful custom meal for my and and me on our 10th anniversary. This was a very last minute request, and she responded with much grace and accepted the job. The lamb was tender and flavorful, as well as the accompanying sides. For dessert Chef was able to accommodate my dairy allergy and created a dairy free soufflé. What an amazing experience. We may never go out again for a fancy meal as Chef spoiled us thoughtfully and thoroughly.

Where do I start? Lol. I have ordered from Brilliant Catering 3 times and definitely will be placing another order in again this week. Clementine is very detail oriented and also very receptive to how I particularly want my food cooked. Each time she has exceeded my expectations. The ingredients she uses are always fresh and are of the upmost quality. I do have one warning though and it is this... Once you start eating the food it’s hard to stop lol. I’ve ordered food for the whole week and in times past it has only lasted me two days! Clementine thank you for your immaculate service. I highly recommend her for all your catering needs!
