Totally amazing. Chef Clementine created a wonderful custom meal for my and and me on our 10th anniversary. This was a very last minute request, and she responded with much grace and accepted the job. The lamb was tender and flavorful, as well as the accompanying sides. For dessert Chef was able to accommodate my dairy allergy and created a dairy free soufflé. What an amazing experience. We may never go out again for a fancy meal as Chef spoiled us thoughtfully and thoroughly.

Clementine was an amazing chef for our new years event. Great Quality, fresh and amazing food. Her service was spot on and she was great company! She was able to feed a large group of people and with the help of two sweet servers. I will always recommend!

I honestly wasn't enthused about the price of the meals. But I'm always willing to pay for quality. Anyway, once I recieved the prepped meals, I realized they were totally worth the price. Not only are the meals delicious, they also don't lose their flavor after being refrigerated and reheated. They are all different, which is great because I don't want the same exact meal 5 days straight. I loved being introduced to foods that I've never really thought about trying before. She definitely expanded my palette as far as healthy food and how to cook it. She also took into consideration foods that I just don't like for whatever reason and also any allergies that I have. I would recommend her services to anyone. AND she doesn't skimp on the portions!

Brilliant Catering catered a birthday dinner for about 5-10 people. I only had two requests which was lamb,fish and some sides and she went above and beyond. The food was delicious and satisfying with plenty of leftovers for guests and me. I will definitely recommend Brilliant Catering and hire again.
