We are a gym that specializes in boxing training and fitness training. My background includes over 15 years of experience as a boxer and fighter. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with multiple certifications and a wide array of knowledge in weight loss and gaining muscle. I am also a two-time consecutive Golden Gloves champion. Very good instructor and he teaches based on your learning style. He cares about instructing and your progress. He will let you stay and train after your time slot because he loges the sport. He is always on time as well.

I was looking for a personal trainer and JC was one of the trainers that matched my search criteria. I never considered trying boxing but he was the first trainer to reach out and was great with answering all my question, so I decided to give it a try and I've really enjoyed it! I'm a wife, mom of 3 and working professional looking to get healthy and in shape. JC listened to what my goals were and modifies every session to help me achieve those goals. We run sessions in our backyard and he's been great with wearing a mask and trying to adhere to COVID-19 guidance which has been very much appreciated!

I absolutely enjoy working 1 on 1 with these guys. My very 1st day I was determined to come in and get a good workout. I was informed that this will be a tough workout. In my head I said “Oh I got this …. I Love a Challenge!” As the workouts began I started contemplating “should I leave” because I’ve never done a full burnout session before. I ended up toughen it out and kept going and I have to say It’s a burnout session but, I was able to tackle through it. I’ve started out doing 2x a week trainings and now I am looking into 3x a week. These guys are absolutely great. As long as you have a mindset to burn calories then they’ll carry you through the rest. I am super excited and happy that I’ve chosen a wonderful gym to do a workout and this is my very 1st time with a trainer. Thanks Guys, @ Jc’s Boxing Academy

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I definitely like to get to know my client and ask them about their goals. If their goals is weight loss, building muscle or learning the art of boxing I would love to help them with get there with plenty of goals and milestones along the way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer ,So I know plenty exercises to keep you in tip top shape and not stagnate. I have been boxing over 10 years and love fixing people's form so they can get in shape and look good doing it! I recently got my advanced nutrition certification, so I'm excited to add nutrition recommendations and advice to my training plans!
