Clients can message me about any pricing questions they might have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I definitely like to get to know my client and ask them about their goals. If their goals is weight loss, building muscle or learning the art of boxing I would love to help them with get there with plenty of goals and milestones along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a Certified Personal Trainer ,So I know plenty exercises to keep you in tip top shape and not stagnate. I have been boxing over 10 years and love fixing people's form so they can get in shape and look good doing it! I recently got my advanced nutrition certification, so I'm excited to add nutrition recommendations and advice to my training plans!
