- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New customers are always welcomed with a New Customer Discount. Fees will be added where applicable. (i.e., oil spill cleanup, grease cleanup, safety, water source, etc.). Payment is due at the time of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are welcomed with a New Customer Discount. They are made aware of the cleaning process and all it entails. They are also encouraged to book soon as time slots fill quickly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my career as an aviation technician. I learned and worked my way up to repairs, lead duties. After 8 years of aviation, I pivoted to Engineering. I've been doing this now for 5 years until I started MZ Pressure Wash.
