Gilyana is calm, inspiring, and very helpful in my yoga practice. Her classes can be challenging or chilled. She is a good guide to the world of yoga. Yoga in the park feels better, closer to nature than in the studio.

My experience with Gilyana was just wonderful. She feels vibrations of her students and gives exact amount of physical activity to make you tired enough but not over-do it. She is very attentive, gentle and strict the same time. Gilyana infected me with her love for yoga and now yoga has become an important part of my life. Thank you Gilyana for your wonderful lessons.
