I’m glad I went with Coates Consulting to replace a toilet in my home. Ken was very quick to respond to all of my inquiries and provided me a comprehensive work order explaining exactly what was to be done which included costs before he started the work. Ken was always in reach throughout the process and was very respectful of our time with his punctuality and communication. Coates Consulting did the job quickly and for a fair price and their warm professional demeanor made the process smooth and comfortable for us. We’d use them on innumerable projects going forward with no hesitation whatsoever. Don’t let the lack of reviews on here dissuade. Ken had been busy working elsewhere for years in the business very successfully and remains in high demand. Highly recommend.
