I went to log on my laptop and I couldn't get to the login screen.... It just said HP and a circle going around and around. I went to Google and asked how to fix the issue...I followed instructions and no improvement... I contacted a couple places in my location and really wasn't happy with their responses. I logged onto nextdoor and said I needed a computer fixed. Many names popped up but only the name Tanner Pope had a 5 star review (with a ton of reviews) so I clicked on it and OMG am I glad I did. Tanner tried remotely but my system was seriously broken. I sent my Laptop to Texas to Tanner. He kept me updated on what was going on and sent me pictures and was able to fix it in one day. He was able to get my stuff back. And best of all, the price was reasonable. Thank you Tanner Pope.
