This review is written on behalf of my mom, Dianne R. of Lockney, TX. I live in Colorado and helped arrange the service, and Brad did an outstanding job communicating with both of us—especially since my mom isn’t very tech savvy.
Brad is very knowledgeable at his job and absolutely the handyman you want to hire to get things done right. He is professional, personable, and went above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable with the process and understood what was happening every step of the way. He explained everything in simple, easy-to-understand terms, which gave her peace of mind.
What impressed us most was Brad’s dedication and reliability. Within 30 minutes of our request, he called my mom to set up a time and was able to come out the very next day. When the repair required a part that had to be ordered, he didn’t leave the job unfinished—he drove an hour each way from Lubbock to Lockney not once, but twice, to complete the work. The washer is now running perfectly, and as my mom told me, “You will never know how happy I am right now.”
The price was more than fair, especially considering the extra time and travel involved. It’s rare to find someone so committed to doing the job right while also being kind, communicative, and respectful. My mom has already said Brad will be the first person she calls for any future work.
We highly recommend Brad to anyone needing handyman services—he delivers not just great results, but also true care for his customers.

We will be having a baby in November, but wanted to have quick access to the crib. We called Brad and he came and connected our room to the nursery with a barn door!! This will allow easy, quick and quiet entry into the baby’s room. He was very easy to work with and brought our vision to life!!
