I aim to keep pricing straightforward, fair, and transparent. I price jobs based on scope — not time — so there are no surprises. I don’t believe in upselling you on things you don’t need. For recurring services or multiple properties, I offer discounted bundle rates. Just ask — I’m happy to work with your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I take a few minutes to understand exactly what you’re needing and when you need it done. I’ll give you an honest quote, set a time that works for you, and show up ready to get it done right the first time. Communication is key, and I keep you updated every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed real estate appraiser and agent with over a decade of experience in property valuation, real estate investment, and home systems. I’ve also built hands-on skills from years of personal renovations, maintenance, and investment projects. I know homes from both a professional and practical perspective.
