Orlando arrived when promised, went with me to pick up the replacement unit. He was familiar with the unit, removed the defective disposal and replaced with the new one without a problem. He left the area clean and called me back a couple hours after the installation to see if there were any problems. I would use him again and highly recommend him for your handyman needs.
