Richard was terrific. I brought my computer to him on a Friday afternoon and he diagnosed the problem almost immediately. In 1.5 hours he had replaced the hard drive cable, repaired the drive, and on the side, he diagnosed and replaced the battery when I asked. The whole thing cost only $200 (the parts alone cost that much from apple). And he was super friendly and informative the whole time. Highly recommended.

August 2014 I had the Video Card on my 27" iMac go out. It's 2 1/2 - 3years old. I contacted Richard and dropped it off. He contacted me and confirmed my diagnoses. He had done his homework and told me he felt he could get Apple to replace it parts and labor for me. It took him 4+ calls up the chain of command to get the Apple approval. The video card and labor was close to $1000.00 Richard got it in and working flawlessly. While I had it at his repair facility here in Lubbock I had him add 8GB to the 8GB I already had for a total of 16BG. That was reasonably priced as well. If I ever have another issue I will definitely go back to him. Thanks! TTUAlumni
