He did everything that he could to fix my broken machine. In the end it was not able to be fixed, but it wasn't for lack of trying. He was courteous and easy to communicate with. He backed up my data for me without charging. He was very fast and kept me apprised of what was going on. Beware of Ranger, you might want to take him home with you after meeting him.

Richard was terrific. I brought my computer to him on a Friday afternoon and he diagnosed the problem almost immediately. In 1.5 hours he had replaced the hard drive cable, repaired the drive, and on the side, he diagnosed and replaced the battery when I asked. The whole thing cost only $200 (the parts alone cost that much from apple). And he was super friendly and informative the whole time. Highly recommended.
