I had a terrible accident with my macbook air 11-inch and sweet and sour sauce was spilled all over the keyboard. I thought it was a goner and about had a panic attack since I am a pre-med student and own my own business. I cannot function without my computer!! My boyfriend found this site and we called Richard right away. He answered immediately and even though it was the weekend late in the evening, he let me bring in the computer right away for him to look at. He was an amazing help, extremely kind, and explained exactly what he was going to do. The first thing he did was make sure that the logic board was safe so that even though I would have to replace the top case, he could save the computer. He did the repair very quickly, answered any and all questions I had, and was extremely professional. After this experience, I wouldnt go anywhere else to have someone look at my computer. He knows exactly what he is doing and is very efficient with his work. My macbook is up and running perfectly now and I definitely have Richard to thank for that!!

Richard has always been able to fix every problem I've brought to him. I love Apple products and because they are durable, however when I do have a problem Ruchard always knows how to fix it. Richard is prompt and reasonably priced. I recomend Richard Mayer for all you'd Apple service. Holli Barnett

Fast, friendly service. Richard had my computer diagnosed in minutes, then repaired and upgraded in a day. Macs don't break down much, but should it happen again I know where to go.
