David came out the very next day to do measurements and his office e-mailed me a quote that afternoon. We scheduled a date for the project to began. David came with his team on the 1st day to ensure there were no communication barriers between myself and his 13 man crew. I had to drop my daughter off and the entire team made me feel comfortable with leaving them to do their work. David left as he had to attend other projects. Before he left he made sure we were all good. The team arrived the next day about 9am ready to work and got the job done before I ran out of LVF. They were scheduled to lay about 1,400sq ft of flooring. I ran out of LVF planks and had to order more (which would take about a week to come in). David and his team were very understanding. They packed up that day and left the work area very clean. When the planks came in, two team members came back to finish the job. I left the door unlocked as I had to work. When they were finished, David sent me photos of the finished work. 10/10 I would recommend. They were friendly, and professional. I thank David and the crew!😊"See more
