Jamal is very knowledgeable in the area of kinesiology. You can literally ask him anything about the body. He works well with being able to differentiate beginners to advanced athletes. It is always a great experience working out with Jamal. I recommend going to him 100%!

Having Jamal Turner as my trainer made all the difference in me reaching my goals for health and fitness. Every session was designed to challenge me. His calm and patient demeanor made me feel supported when I struggled and he educated me so I could see the impact of his plan. Hands down the best trainer, worth every penny, I cannot recommend enough.
