FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price per session will decrease your frequency increases. I take payments monthly, preferably first and last month for assurance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule a free consultation, where I obtain subjective and objective information about the new client, detailed descriptions of their health and fitness goal(s), and set a baseline of measurements (tape measure, skin fold, scale) which can be different depending on what the ultimate goal is! From here, we will set a time/date that we can repeat weekly, sign a contract and waver, then get statted on our journey together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my BS in Kinesiology from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2013. Also, I am a certified personal trainer through NASM. Additionally, I worked at Life Time Fitness who enrolls their trainers in continuing education courses while employed. I was able to extend my depth of knowledge in nutrition, HR training, and also running a business.
