After trying out different trainers, I had to go with JT! The way he truly values his clients speaks volumes. He is very flexible with his schedule and understanding if something comes up and you have to be rescheduled. I’ve been with him for almost a year now and the results speak for themselves! Very grateful for a trainer who cares.

Started off okay on training sessions and then became unreliable. Frequently rescheduling appointments and even just not showing up at all sometimes. These past weeks have been riddled with no-shows, excuses, and blatant disregard for my time and goals while also refusing to provide a refund since the service wasn’t provided. Knowledge of workouts is okay but running a service that’s unreliable and keeping pay for services not provided is unacceptable.

I prepaid for two 12-session workout packages — one on February 28, 2025, and another on March 29, 2025.
There are 14 sessions remaining, totaling $700 in value, that have not been completed. Despite my repeated attempts to accommodate his changing schedule, Mr. Taylor has stopped responding after repeatedly stating he would “get back to me” and then failing to follow through. I have formally requested a refund of $700 to be issued within 7–10 days and have not received any response or payment.
