After trying out different trainers, I had to go with JT! The way he truly values his clients speaks volumes. He is very flexible with his schedule and understanding if something comes up and you have to be rescheduled. I’ve been with him for almost a year now and the results speak for themselves! Very grateful for a trainer who cares.

Started off okay on training sessions and then became unreliable. Frequently rescheduling appointments and even just not showing up at all sometimes. These past weeks have been riddled with no-shows, excuses, and blatant disregard for my time and goals while also refusing to provide a refund since the service wasn’t provided. Knowledge of workouts is okay but running a service that’s unreliable and keeping pay for services not provided is unacceptable.

I met with Taylor on yesterday and I was very impressed with his professionalism and game plan to help me achieve the goal that I’m trying to accomplish. I was so impressed after meeting with him, I started training with him today and it was a great workout!! I’m confident and comfortable with Taylor’s workout plan and I’m looking forward to many more session with him.

Taylor trained me for a 4 weeks, I started at 215 lb. Hey had me on a diet and workout plan of that period. The physical change I saw on my body, I knew I wouldn’t have accomplished it by myself in such a short period! Now, I’ve lost 15 lb and i’m in a better physical shape! At our first session, he asked me if I had any physical disabilities, or pain in any part of my body, to figure out what workouts would fit me best and not cause me discomfort! If you want a professional trainer that will really help you achieve your goals, Taylor is the guy!
