I used Sharpline Service on 2 occasions, for my dryer vent and chimney repair. Both times they were on time even calling ahead to let me know they were on their way. They were professional, gave me a competitive estimate, and took the time to thoroughly explain the work. When done the price was less than the estimate and they asked if I had any questions or concerns. They even called the next day to follow-up. I would highly recommend this company for any work you may need done.

Scott with Sharpline Service came out and did a very thorough job cleaning both our dryer vent and our chimney. It was surprising to see the condition it had been in! I would highly recommend Sharpline Service and will be using them again for regular maintenance!

I would highly recommend Sharpline Service!! Scott was responsive, punctual, professional and thorough. Upon arrival Scott went over what he saw in my fireplace and provided recommendations. Scott cleaned my fireplace, chimney and painted the inside of the fireplace. I’m very pleased with Sharpline Service and will definitely be using them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On Top Service tries to keep our pricing below the current market for our industry.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As we make first contact with each customer we want to make sure we are understanding exactly what service they are needing. We then get them set up on the schedule. We call the the day before the appointment to confirm and we have our technician call while in route to confirm. When arriving at the customers house each technician will greet the customer and wears shoe covers while in the house.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On Top Service is fully trained in Dryer Vent Cleaning, Chimney & Fireplace Inspection, Chimney & Fireplace Cleaning.
