Ken Dodson Homes, Inc. has done two remodels on our home. They were able to complete all phases of the work including framing, window replacement, electrical, plumbing, tile, and carpet. They do it all. I used this company because I have seen many of their homes built and remodels. I know I will get personal attention and expert advice from this business. Not only are they excellent in doing the hands-on, but the company has a great eye for design and details. They work hard to keep costs reasonable without sacrificing quality. I would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

My husband and I purchased a 1993 built Ken Dodson home in 1995. Therefore, we did not go through the construction phase for our home. We have not had any problems with our home and have been very happy with the quality of work.
Nancy is a very conscientious individual and works quite well with all her clients. She is friendly and usually makes life long friends with her home owners.
If you want someone that will go the extra mile for you, then Ken Dodson Homes will be the company that you should select for all your construction or remodeling.

We were referred to Ken Dodson Homes by a friend of ours working for a financial institution. After meeting Ken and his wife and seeing the quality of the work they had done on other homes we knew we made the right decision. This was the first custom home my wife and I had built and Ken worked with us during the whole process and we were very happy with our home and all the details along the way. We worked through the issues that came up (and issues always will with a new home) and we were very happy with the outcome. We love our house and would have Ken build another for us as well as recommend him to others as well.
