I had a great experience with this professional. He showed up right on time, kept me informed with a text when he was on the way, and was professional from start to finish. I had birds nesting in my bathroom exhaust vent along with mud buildup and wasp activity. He thoroughly cleaned everything out from both the exterior and interior, made sure the vent was fully cleared, and installed a new upgraded vent cover with a damper to prevent future issues. He was respectful of my home—wore boot covers without being asked—and took the time to do the job right. The entire process took about three hours, and the charge was very reasonable for the amount of work done. I’d absolutely recommend him and will use him again.

If I could leave 6 stars I would. We have a wood garage that had wood rot at the bottom and many contractors told us the only option was to replace the panel. Tim was able to salvage the panel and restore it look brand new. He was very meticulous in the process and the quality of work done was top notch. He also cleaned up thoroughly and hauled away all the old rotted wood as well. I would highly recommend Tim for your new job

My wooden garage door had a portion of rotten wood due to rain/moisture. Tim restored it back to new condition! He was on time and kept me up to date with details of the project. The work was completed just as he had said it would be done. Would recommend.
