- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always transparent, clear and fair - no surprises. Once you give me details on size of TV, wall type, and any add ons, I will give you an exact price for the job. I offer a special discount if you have multiple TVs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client first reaches out I try to fully understand what they’re trying to get done by asking essential questions and getting any pictures needed. Once I have an idea of the job, I will promptly provide an estimate and set up scheduling that works for the client. I do my best to make the process as simple and hassle free as possible with upfront pricing. I want the over all experience to be great from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have real world training working in the construction field as a construction project manager which helped me understand the buildout of a house, and positioning of studs and how they support the structure. This helped me pivot once I started my TV Mounting business full time and with over 6 years and thousands of real world experience mounting TV’s, I can confidently say I am a master at my craft.
