FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My quotes are detailed, in writing, and nothing hidden. I never "sell" you what you dont need, or want. I want my customers to know the materials I am installing in their yards & mulch beds--where I buy them, how much they cost, and the high quality of all things used in their project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most customers text or call me with idea of what they need or want. I immediately schedule an onsite visit with them, at their home. During my visit we discuss their frustrations, and hopes for their yard, bushes, mulch beds, flowers, and so forth. I take pictures and measurements onsite, so I do not need to come back a 2nd or 3rd time (and disrupt the customer's life and schedule). The same day (usually in evening) I do site visit, I email customer a detailed quote about their project, what it entails, how much I estimate their materials will cost, and my fee. I never pester the customer after that. I leave them to think about it. In 90% of cases, the customers hire me--and love what they get!
