Mr Hila was very professional and thorough. We really appreciate his clear communication of the issues that need attention. We are very grateful to have had this inspection. Now we can give this home the attention that is needed. We plan to follow his advice to the letter. We highly recommend ProbeRight

This inspector was the least expensive out of the three in the area, and he did a thorough inspection and explained every major detail to us after he was finished, and told us who to consult for each issue.
