What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hi! My pricing is very reasonable. It can be a bit difficult to price without seeing it, but if you send me pics i can give you a more accurate price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is pretty seamless. i would rather you reach out to me and ask my what my availability is as opposed to getting into my calendar yourself. Its way easier for me to manage that way. I ask a few questions like do you have animals, kids etc to narrow down a good price point for you. Also pics do help and also picking up the place will really help keep the cost down.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business for 10 years now. I feel confident in what I'm doing and can get as detailed as you would like or I can keep it as basic as you like. All my training has been self taught. I love cleaning and helping others.. it is my true passion.
