Easy 5/5. Works on weekends which is a huge plus for us. Did paint, grout, bathroom tub sealing, installedtoilet, sized and put in a wood panel in a needed space in bathroom, installed new front door handle and deadbolt. All extremely well done and looks great. Cleaned up after as well. Will be using him for all future work in the house
