The toilet install was well above my expectations. I will admit, I was very skeptical upon appearances. I learned a lesson today or a reminder not to judge a book by its cover. He was 30 minutes before the scheduled time, very responsive, left the work area very clean and he was very meticulous. I have had a toilet install done by the “professional company“ and they charge an arm and a leg and left a mess and they were not timely. I know I am going to install another toilet in the next six months. I will only utilize this company again.

Mike is a very talented and has seemed to hone his skill for many years. Removed 2 old toilets and installed 2new ones and a bidet. Once he got here he completed the tasks efficiently. He hauled off all the old toilets and trash. Was very pleasant. Yes I’d hire him again!

Terrible, not a professionally executed job at all. Huge warning not to hire. Had to call a true professional to redo, tile was popping up after 2nd day of install and he did not even complete the job after fully paid. He was well aware of a terrible job, looking to file in small claims court due to situation. Called for a toilet replacement, then told him the other work we were planning, said “I can do everything”. Unreliable, unprofessional, incomplete and poorly executed. Will never use an unknown that is not recommended.
