My daddy was turning 60 and is OBSESSED with cooking shows. Us kids got together to think of a great birthday gift and when we decided to do something “cooking” wise I began my search. Amanda was the only professional that met all my expectations before meeting her in person.
I asked for someone to come in and teach my daddy how to cook a glorious meal. Amanda had everything. She was empathetic which was the most important for me. She was patience which had to be the most important for her. She was genuine which is the most important for anyone. And above all of that she fit into our crazy family just fine. Amanda showed up at our door right on time. She was a secret surprise for our daddy. She jumped in and I could see she felt comfortable with all 20 of us. She lead our daddy through the whole process of cooking an appetizer, meal and dessert. She answered all of his and is witnesses questions. She was kind and professional with him as he made his way through each course. She let him complete each step in his time.
Long story short……if you are looking for someone who fits right in, gives you what you ask for, has patience, understanding, and amazing cooking skills…then hire this lady.

We had so much fun, the kids learned new skills, and Amanda was so patient!
We will definitely do another class with Amanda, next time we will try Sushi.
