Dixie took care of my babies and when I didn't make it home at the time anticipated, still went to my home to make sure they were fed and let out to potty! Thank you for taking such great care of max and hank!!!

Ok, so I hate leaving my cats to just anyone. To be honest, I hesitate to leave my cats with people I know too so as you can imagine, finding a sitter for my cats was an exhausting process. I looked for about 5 months and finally found Dixie. Her price is what lured me in (no extra fees for cleaning an extra litter box or caring for another cat) but it was Dixie herself that made me choose her services. I knew from the beginning that I wanted someone who knew the idiosyncrasies of cats. Dixie put all of my anxieties to rest when we met. During my business trip, Dixie sent me text messages to update me on my kitties and made sure that not only my cats felt comfortable but that I was as well. There was one small hiccup in the beginning where the key I gave her did not work (I, of course, panicked) but Dixie took it in stride and handled it flawlessly. Definitely recommend!!

Dixie took absolutely awesome care of my cat Olive while I was away for 2 weeks. Olive had never been without me and gets really bad separation anxiety when I'm out for more than a day. Yet: I came home and found her very happy and relaxed! Dixie kept my home smelling fresh, the litterbox clean and most of all, my cat happy! She sent me texts, emails and videos to keep me up to date on my cat. Dixie was truly a Godsend! Thank you Thumbtack! I'm very happy.

Since we moved to McKinney I was dreading traveling and leaving my precious stressed out kitty. I found Dixie and WOW!! She has given me the security I need to travel again and leave my furbaby. She is AWESOME and goes way beyond her role as a pet sitter! She genuinely cares and she updated us daily on how things were going. I feel so BLESSED to have found Dixie! I actually knew the first time I met her she was the right choice for our little princess! She is AWESOME!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Dixie! I had a vacation scheduled and, due to weather, I had to change the dates I was leaving to earlier rather than later on fairly short notice. Dixie was very understanding and flexible which was a relief. While I was away I received daily updates on how my pup was doing along with pictures and videos. Also, while I was away, crazy weather had come through but it was a relief knowing my pup was in good hands and that updates would be coming. Knowing my dog was getting good, quality time spend with her helped me be at ease and enjoy my vacation even more knowing it wasn't to the detriment of my dogs emotional health. I will 100% be using Dixie in the future!
