My pricing structure is based on clients requirements and length of training package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a thorough health and fitness assessment as well as a lifestyle and commitment assessment. After evaluating all factors a plan is created that will be optimal in getting the client to the goals they desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I participate in continuing education classes and workshops every year. I am certified with the American Council on Exercise, the National Academy of sports Medicine as an Elite Personal Trainer and a Corrective Exercise Specialist as well as Balanced Body University as a Pilates Professional.
