- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each cake is special and different in many ways from the flavors, specialty fillings , special flavored fondants , etc., to the overall.look and design of the cake. With that said, depends on design details and time to perfect the details for not only a great tasting cake to a beautifully executed design.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I really like to meet up with my clients if at all possible with everyone's schedule. I like people and love to talk face-to-face and intetact and get to know people. Then we talk on phone, emails/text messaging if they are crazy busy. I want to make them feel at ease..that I'be got this. No worries on the Cake! Because Cake..is what I Do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am always taking classes on the newest cake decorating trends in order to deliver that special designed cake to fulfill my customers wants and needs.
