Had a fence repair that turned out to be more work than I expected. Dan was able to take care of the job. I was very pleased with the repairs!!!

Stevan was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He immediately found the issue and presented options with no pressure. He had to dig up the master valve in the yard and replace it. He had all of the parts on his truck. He took great care not to mess up the sod as much as he could. Once he replaced the valve, he took the time to make sure the sod was put back as it was before the hole was dug. After a few days of watering, you will never know anything was wrong. He then made sure all zones were working. He did find that two of my sprinkler heads were on the other side of the fence in my neighbor’s yard. I would have never known that without him making sure everything was working. There were no surprises when he presented the bill.

Dale replaced two fence posts and repaired the gate. The work looks great and the fence is up and gate is working again. Dale was very pleasant to work with and he communicated the material needs (wood, screws,etc). Dale's quote was very reasonable. Dale arranged to do the work promptly. I would definitely hire again!

Johnny was great! Really fast, great price, quality materials and quality work. He even used screws instead of nails for the fence.

Jason did an amazing job on a laundry list of tasks, ranging from installing wifi controlled light switches, replacing GFIs, fixing a leaky sink, installing new in ceiling speakers to completely restaining our fence. He was very polite, professional and reasonably priced. Jason clearly takes pride in his work and ensures that you are 100% satisfied. We highly recommend Jason for all of your handyman needs. He will be back to assist us with other tasks in the future.

This was a multi-project event. Over 200' of cedar fencing with 12' drive and a walk gate, and a 10' x 20' color impregnated patio and walkways with a textured surface imprint. I received numerous quotes, and Ascot Fence was right in the middle of them all, and the best overall when valid recommendations they provided for footings were implemented, and the fact they included the permit cost and did the legwork for Fort Worth permitting. I chose to finish the patio cover myself, for which the permit is valid for concrete and cover, to be completed within 6 months. The other contractors providing quotes never asked about my plans for a cover, which requires additional footings beneath the slab, not just a slab. Had I gone with another contractor I seriously considered first, I would have had a nice patio but not met the requirements for the cover. I would then have had to rip it out and start over. Total cost involved made Ascot the best all around deal! There were long weather delays and a couple of hiccups along the way caused by concrete suppliers, which were resolved by Andre. Have received numerous walk-by/drive-by compliments on the appearance of the fence, and the patio looks fine also (not exposed for walk-by comments). One neighbor asked if I won the lotto, or something! I will stain the fence myself once given a chance to dry properly, and it should look even better. The crews worked fast and seemed to know their assigned duties, so actual work time was only 2-2 1/2 days, total, spread over 2 weeks. I would hire Ascot Fence again, and will in the future for the back 190' of fence (assuming prices are still in the ballpark).

Nabil is very professional and responsive. We had him replace our fence last week and he did a great job. After the job was done and I had paid him in full, my neighbor called me to complain that one of the sprinkler heads had been damaged. When I contacted Nabil he could've easily ignored me since I had already paid him for his work, but instead he took the time to go back (twice since the first time our neighbors weren't home) and fix the problem - which was probably not caused by him in the first place since the damage was nowhere near the fence. This was a rental property and Nabil could've given me cheaper options, but instead he walked me through all my available options and pointed out that instead of the cheapest option, going with the mid-tier one made more sense. Upon his recommendation, we went with the slightly better fence, but hopefully it will last longer. Thanks Nabil for a job well done.
