I would first like to praise the great work of the person the company sent before i get into the review here. It was great and he answered all my questions. The guy was cool. However, The cons: The communication within this company was pretty bad. After paying the deposit for the work, everyone went ghost for over a week, just to book the work to be completed. it was never brought to me that its dependent on materials available until i had to contact the corporate office (in AZ). after we scheduled, there was a last min cancellation and Everfence wanted to do the work earlier. "Fine, my fence is falling apart, id appreciate that". Not knowing that accepting this last min fit in, would leave me without a fence for the entire weekend, both effecting my home privacy, and more importantly, my neighbors. On top of which, the company only sent ONE MAN. which I'm unsure if this is confidence in the companies ability or simply negligence. Also, the lone installer never came to the door to advise that he would be working on the fence. He simply just walked into the backyard and started working. This is unprofessional and potentially dangerous for the installer. To make matters even worse, a walk through was suppose to be done to ensure the quality of the work. This has not been done still and give the pattern of miscommunication....i am on the fence about even bringing it up. Pros: the fence looks good. from what I can tell but I'm no fence expert.
