We charge a $79 inspection on every call. In the inspection you get Information of every detail of your garage system including your opener. You also get options on best repair or replacement to bare minimum options. If you move forward with a service the inspection fee is waived. Had a major issue at my warehouse, in which my employee drove the forklift with the mass ten feet in the air and bent the angle iron from the rafters and bent it out a good 2 feet from the original place. I D&R and they came out that very next day and got it straightened out with new angle brackets, oiled everything on the door, tightened all the bolt, and put the correct amount of pressure in the coils so my door closes and raises smoothly now! All that and came in wayyyyyy cheaper and faster than all the other major companies. I 110% recommended D&R overhead solutions for any of your overhead issues!
