I was extremely happy with their entire process. From the moment of contact within 15 minutes to the receptionist who showed compassion for me dealing with amateur companies who offered to “fix” my garagedoor opener issues for more than double what The Fort Brothers did.
Colin is a Master Service Technician! He did probably 5 or 6 test with the door position to see if it was the springs—as it wasn’t! Which led him to the garagedoor opener. He suggested reprogramming that was a fifth of the cost of a new opener. So, he did the reprogramming and upon completion that wasn’t it, of which he immediately said there would be no charge for the reprogramming. So the only thing left was to replace the opener—at less than half the price from the company that I had paid to adjust the springs—when that WASN’T the problem!!!!
I just wish The Fort Brothers would become experts in ALL HOME SERVICE CATEGORY NEEDS!! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Connor was the absolute best! Showed up on time, stayed in touch and did a phenomenal job repairing my garagedoor when other better known providers told us we had to replace the door! We offer a highly competitive price for a job well done. We offer our Police, Firemen and Veterans a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would either contact them or vice versa. After a time and date is set up we would come out diagnose the project with a no cost estimate and come to a fair and honest price. If the customer agrees to the price we have all necessary parts on our trucks to get the job done right then.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Technicians and handy men have an extensive background in all aspects of work being performed. Garage door technicians go through a three month training program that includes classroom and on the job training to ensure they job is done properly.
