I had a great experience with Collin from Fort Brothers GarageDoor. He did an excellent job and clearly knew what he was doing. I scheduled an appointment for the next day which was a Saturday. Thankfully they have appointments on the weekend. Trent came and replaced the motor and did maintenance on the door. I am pleased with the work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a highly competitive price for a job well done. We offer our Police, Firemen and Veterans a discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would either contact them or vice versa. After a time and date is set up we would come out diagnose the project with a no cost estimate and come to a fair and honest price. If the customer agrees to the price we have all necessary parts on our trucks to get the job done right then.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Technicians and handy men have an extensive background in all aspects of work being performed. Garage door technicians go through a three month training program that includes classroom and on the job training to ensure they job is done properly.
