I would recommend choosing a provider who is transparent, responsive, and willing to walk you through the full process before asking for a commitment. Look for a company that explains the products being used, provides a clear scope of work, offers upfront pricing, and has experience with the specific project you need completed. It’s also important to work with someone who communicates well, shows up on time, and stands behind their work. The cheapest option is not always the best option. A good provider should make you feel comfortable, answer your questions, and make the project feel simple from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is simple and customer-focused. First, we start with a quick conversation to understand what the homeowner is looking for, whether that’s turf, landscaping, water filtration, roofing, solar, security, or another home upgrade. From there, we schedule a free consultation so we can look at the property, understand the customer’s goals, answer questions, and recommend the best options. After that, we provide a clear proposal with pricing, scope of work, and next steps. Once approved, we coordinate the installation, keep the customer updated throughout the process, and make sure everything is completed professionally. Our goal is to make the process easy, transparent, and stress-free from the first conversation to the finished project.
