Preston provided advise that gave me peace of mind as I waited for a diagnosis on my laptop. It never occurred to me to check the value of my computer before having work done on it! I used the same computer tech company/person for 18 years. Unfortunately he passed away and good support is hard to find! His suggestions were right on point with the ultimate diagnosis but fortunately it was simply a "static field" clearing issue and my laptop booted right up! No new power connector or laptop needed and as a bonus I know how much it is worth! Thank you Preston!!
