- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a two hour minimum charge for any service unless the job specifies a total price correctly. If so, my hourly rate kicks in after that. I give discounts to senior citizens, first responders, and those with a disability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Carefully assess needs, apprehension, and desire to learn so I beat know how to approach the problem as well as how to best communicate with them so they understand what’s happening and what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in mechanical engineering and then pre-med for three years undergrad in Monterey, CA and Austin, TX. Technical certifications I hold: Google IT Professional Support Specialist Google Cloud Patform: Core Fundamentals Advanced Windows 10 Troubleshooting Cybersecurity for IT Professionals
