JR was extremely professional and accommodating for my schedule. My grandmother bought a new nightstand online. Unfortunately, it was an international company with very confusing and complicated instructions. We had a neighbor try and give up. JR ran into a few challenges, and most people would have given up. He came back another day and spent over 2 hours in total and was able to get the stand completed perfectly! JR was so respectful, qualified, and nice to all of my family who were there. I would absolutely recommend him for anything you need putting together furniture, moving, fixing things, etc. I will be moving shortly and have already decided I will be going with Big Brothers. JR was very helpful in removing our refrigerator. I had some heavy (to me) furniture that needed to be moved out of the way. He didn't have a problem doing it at all. He was very pleasant. Nothing was damaged and was done with efficiency.

Working with Jacques from Big Brothers Moving was easy. Excellent communication…he replied promptly when we texted and confirmed our appointment the day before. On delivery day he let me know when he was picking up my item.
