German was on time and thoroughly checked over our washer. Although he didn't have the part necessary to fix the machine same day, he was able to get it fixed over the weekend. He explained every step and we are very happy with the service.

Mr. Herman was the gentleman that completed the repair on my washer. He was excellent. He took his time to explain what was going on and what he did to get the washer working again. Very professional and respectful. Would recommend this company for any further assistance.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Trevino Home Repairs, our prices are based solely on the type of work to be done, we do not charge by the hour, you will receive an estimate for the full job requested.
We offer different types of estimates.
Labor Only: Customer is responsible for providing, paying and scheduling delivery of all materials needed to perform the job.
Parts & Labor: We will provide material and quote you for the labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before beginning any job, we will conduct a walkthrough with the customer, inspect the job site, provide an estimate for materials and labor.
When job is approved we will sign an agreement which will include time frame to perform the job, a detail schedule of payments and materials to be used, amongst others.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 12 years experience in the home repair business.
We provide weekly trainings to our team to better serve our customers.
