- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Trevino Home Repairs, our prices are based solely on the type of work to be done, we do not charge by the hour, you will receive an estimate for the full job requested. We offer different types of estimates. Labor Only: Customer is responsible for providing, paying and scheduling delivery of all materials needed to perform the job. Parts & Labor: We will provide material and quote you for the labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before beginning any job, we will conduct a walkthrough with the customer, inspect the job site, provide an estimate for materials and labor. When job is approved we will sign an agreement which will include time frame to perform the job, a detail schedule of payments and materials to be used, amongst others.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 12 years experience in the home repair business. We provide weekly trainings to our team to better serve our customers.
