Excellent service! I hired them to help with the cleaning and preparation of an Airbnb, and I was very satisfied with the results. They were fast, efficient, professional, and very reliable. We quote each cleaning based on the house's size, condition, requested services, and frequency. Send a few photos or arrange a quick video or in-person walkthrough so we can provide a clear quote. First-visit and recurring prices are explained separately. Extras such as fridge or oven interiors, interior cabinets, windows, laundry, and organizing are quoted separately unless included in your agreed service. We'll explain any current offer that applies before you book.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what you'd like cleaned and what matters most to you. After reviewing photos or doing a quick walkthrough, we recommend the right service: standard cleaning for routine upkeep, or deep cleaning for more detailed attention to buildup. We confirm the scope and price, arrange a visit, and check in afterward. Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m.-7 p.m. With 3-4 days' notice, we can usually work around your schedule, depending on availability.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We've helped homeowners, apartment residents, customers moving in or out, and Airbnb hosts throughout the Rio Grande Valley. We offer one-time, weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning, and can customize the service to the rooms and priorities you need help with. Service is available in English or Spanish.
