No, I work with all and any budgets. I will make a menu to fit your desired budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we have an initial consultation to see if we are a good fit for them. Discuss the project at hand, evaluate the options they have, schedule a tasting and settle then book the event. we usually ask for a deposit to secure the date and the rest is due upon delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did attend CIA culinary arts in Hyde Park New York, plus I operated the kitchen for Marriott hotel as head chef. I have also done many restaurant consultations. Plus, operate many restaurants as well.
