Description of Services: Basic (Standard) Cleaning Includes: • All furniture gets dusted • Remove spider webs from all walls • Dust wall décor and picture frames • Clean all window seals and bases. • Sweep or vacuum under furniture for any dust. • Dust all electronics. • Clean all kitchen appliances externally only. • Additional to clean appliances internally. • Clean all kitchen cabinets externally. • Clean all kitchen counters, sinks, and backsplashes. • Beds get made in all bedrooms. • Additional fee for Bedding & Linen changing $10 per bed. • Straighten, organize & pick up items from floors, tables etc. • In the Bathroom, mirrors, sinks, cabinets. • Including all toilets, showers, tubs and baseboards. • All floors in the home swept, vacuumed, and mopped. - You must provide a written notification within 48 hours of your intent to cancel your appointment. If you cancel 48 hours before your scheduled appointment or last minute there is a $50.00 fee. For Commercial Cleaning we offer a rate of $0.25 per square foot. We offer Air BnB Basic and Deep Clean services. Both include laundry services and restocking. Packages begin at $120.
