Pricing depends on training frequency, location, and the level of coaching/support needed. I offer both private and hybrid coaching options, and package pricing is available for clients looking for long-term consistency and results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with understanding the client’s goals, current fitness level, schedule, and any limitations or injuries. From there I create a customized training plan focused on structure, consistency, accountability, and measurable progress.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients including beginners, seniors, weight loss clients, athletes, busy professionals, and people focused on building strength, muscle, confidence, and healthier habits overall.
